Welcome to Bethany Church of the Nazarene. Whether you are exploring faith for the first time, returning to church after many years, or searching for a church family to call home, we are honored that you have taken the time to learn more about our congregation. Bethany is a place where people from all backgrounds can gather to worship, grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ, and experience the love and grace of God in meaningful ways.

Throughout my years in ministry, I have been continually inspired by the transforming power of the Gospel and the way God works through His people. Bethany Church is a multigenerational and multicultural congregation with a rich history of serving our community while remaining focused on the timeless message of Christ.

As a congregation within the Church of the Nazarene, we embrace the Wesleyan-Holiness tradition and believe that God calls each of us to live lives marked by faith, compassion, service, and spiritual growth. Our desire is not simply to gather on Sundays, but to become disciples who reflect Christ’s love throughout our homes, workplaces, neighborhoods, and communities.

Looking toward the future, my prayer is that Bethany Church continues to be a beacon of hope for East Providence, Rumford, and beyond. Through worship, discipleship, fellowship, and outreach, we believe God has great things in store for our church family.
